Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday starrer has made the right buzz among the audience and getting a solid response at the box office. After an excellent first week, it is running smoothly in the second week as well despite having new releases like Mardaani 2 & Jumanji: The Next Level in the opposite along with the existing one Commando 3.
Bhushan Kumar under the banner T-Series, the funfilled romantic comedy drama did the business of 55.97 crores in the first week which included 35.94 crores in the weekend and 20.03 crores on weekdays. Then in the second weekend, it bagged 13.45 crores with 3.05 crores on Friday, 4.88 crores on Saturday & 5.52 crores on Sunday.
Now on weekdays, Mudassar Aziz’s directorial Pati Patni Aur Woh witnessed a normal drop and minted the amount of 1.91 crores on 2nd Monday & 1.88 crores on 2nd Tuesday. On the next day i.e. 2nd Wednesday, with a slight dip, it collected 1.52 crores and raised 13 days total collection to 74.73 crores at the domestic box office.
On the other hand, despite mixed reviews, Panipat got good response across India and did the business of total 25.68 crores nett in first week, that included 17.68 crores of weekend and 8 crores of weekdays. Then in second weekend, it minted 3.43 crores with 0.69 crore of Friday, 1.26 crores of Saturday and 1.48 crores of Sunday.
In weekdays, due to normal working days it also got dropped abruptly and getting lower footfalls in theaters. On 2nd Monday, Panipat collected 0.45 crore, while 0.49 crore on 2nd Tuesday and 0.88 crore on 2nd Wednesday, With this, the movie has raised it’s 13 days India total to 30.93 crores.
