Naga Chaitanya Akkineni’s Telugu-Tamil bilingual project Custody, directed by leading filmmaker Venkat Prabhu is getting ready for release this summer. The film is a highly anticipated ones, especially for Chay fans, since the actor is making his debut in a Tamil film.
While promotional activities have already kicked off in full swing, the makers have decided to tease the audience with a glimpse of the film. The teaser of this action entertainer, co-starring Krithi Shetty and Arvind Swamy, hit the tube recently.
The teaser of Custody begins with Naga Chaitanya’s voiceover saying, ‘a wounded heart can push a man to any extent’. The video also showcased glimpses of high-octane stunts in the film as a man vows to remain in the pursuit of truth and justice.
In fact, the teaser also includes a passing glimpse of Krithi Shetty who too is seen kicking some ass in the film. Arvind Swami features in an intense character whereas it seems that Sarathkumar is essaying the character of a cop. Besides them, Custody also stars Priyamani, Sampath Raj, Premgi Amaren, Vennela Kishore, Premi Vishwanath, among others.
A source close to the film opened up about the making of the teaser saying, “The genius Venkat Prabhu who always opts for novel stories is coming up with yet another first-of-its-kind concept. Without disclosing much about the plotline, the teaser is to literally leave the audiences intrigued about what’s coming next.”
The film is produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the banner of Srinivasaa Silver Screen with high production values and technical standards, which can be noticeable in the teaser. Pavan Kumar is presenting this ambitious movie that will release worldwide on May 12, 2023.
