Katti Batti 5th Fifth Day Collection – Tuesday Box Office Business Report

Katti Batti 5th Day Box Office Collection

Imran Khan and Kangana Ranaut starrer “Katti Batti” crashed at the box office on its first Monday in India. The love story, which already started on a slow note when it was released, took a bigger dip at the box office on Monday. The film minted Rs 18.18 crore in its opening weekend and on fourth day it raked in Rs 1.91 crore. “Katti Batti slumps on Mon. Fri 5.28 cr, Sat 5.48 cr, Sun 5.51 cr, Mon 1.91 cr. Total: Rs 18.18 cr. “Katti Batti” was expected to do well, but the film failed to live up to trade analysts’ expectations. The film, which was expected to earn well, is now raking in the range of Sunny Leone’s “Ek Paheli Leela”. Kangana’s last release “Tanu Weds Manu Returns” had done exceptionally well at the box office and it also became the first movie of the year to cross Rs 100 crore. However, her second movie bombed at the domestic box office. Meanwhile, the overseas box office collection of “Katti Batti” will bring a smile on the makers’ face. Compared to India, the film has performed well at the overseas box office. “Katti Batti” has minted $ 1.17 million (Rs 7.72 crore) from the overseas box office since its release. “Katti Batti Overseas total: $ 1.17 million [₹ 7.72 cr]… North America $ 251k, UAE-GCC $ 450k, UK $ 175k, Pakistan $ 134k,. Adding the overseas box office collection, the worldwide total of “Katti Batti” stands at Rs 25.9 crore.

Katti Batti Tuesday Box Office Business

Today was the fifth day for the film and due to Tuesday being a busy day for public; it saw decreased occupancy and response from the viewers in most of the parts. Total fifth day or Tuesday income of Katti Batti was recorded at around 1.75 crores* by end of today. Film does not seems to be able to attract audience as there has not been any good report received on account collections done by film by now but still the reviews are positive and decent about it. Might be the slacking point behind the stagnant performance of both Hero and Katti Batti is that audience has not paid much attention towards them after weekend as much they were regularly growing during weekend. We hope that both films copes up to manage their cost well and run more longer on screens till any other biggie comes in and wipes them out. The movie has received mixed reviews from critics as well as audience across the country. It features Kangana Ranaut & Imran Khan in lead roles, and their fans are supporting the movie. As a result it managed to collect reputed figures through out the weekend on Indian screens.
