Drishyam 13th Day Box Office Collection
Ajay Devgn-Tabu starrer “Drishyam” is having a decent run in India, while Hollywood movie “Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation” is creating records. Ajay-Tabu starrer minted Rs 1.6 crore on the second Monday, which is approximately 34 percent more than Salman Khan’s “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” fourth Monday income. “Drishyam” 12-day domestic box office income is now pegged at Rs 60.70 crore*. With “Bangistan” turning out to be a debacle, all hopes of trade expert are now on the Hollywood film. This film has done a normal business on big screen and managed to collect ordinary income in this total time. Performance of Drishyam on box office clearly shows that audience has not loved this film. Word of mouth effect has started for this movie and is in its favor still due to lack of any other option in Bollywood currently. Few people loved the acting and the story line of the movie and recommending other peoples to watch it. Their fans are happy with their work they have given their favorable support to this flick on its 13th day of release in the form of decent response and occupancy.
Drishyam 2nd Wednesday Box Office Business Report
This latest collaboration of Ajay Devgn and Nishikant Kamat had not worked that well on the theaters and recorded average performance by now. Though the movie has shown the down fall in its total report compared to first week or weekend but this much fall is usual owing to the weekday’s time. Also the film is in its second week so that is also a fact behind the lesser audience fever for the film. Second Wednesday collection of Drishyam at Indian box office is nearly 1.32 Crores*. The collection of the movie was better than the old & new releases on the theaters. This shows that public has loved the movie other than Baahubali, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Bangistan is somehow still curious to watch it on theaters. There was not very high expectations with Drishyam as it is the remake of Malayalam movie and was already made in various languages. But after release, it started gaining hype and receiving appreciation for its very interesting and gripping story.
