6 Days Collections of ‘Dhruva’ across Telugu States

Director Surender Reddy’s recently released action drama movie ‘Dhruva’ is moving with steady pace to make opening week business total as decent. Superstar Ram Charan starrer as well as productional this movie has been released with huge buzz among audience, as he has very high fan following among Telugu audience. It was released with immense excitement of fans and received very positive reviews from critics.

As expected audience also reacted in its complete favor and showing big thumbs up for it.  In the opening weekend, its overall performance was decent. It reported the total business of 21.75 crores in the weekend across 825 screens of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, that includes 10.50 crores of Friday, 5 crores of Saturday and 6.25 crores of Sunday. Now the movie is running in weekdays and being normal working days, getting lesser response than weekend. With gradual decrements in its business, it minted the amount of 3 crores on Monday and 2.50 crores on Tuesday.

On the next day i.e. Wednesday, it reported slightly more less and added 2.05 crores* to its account. At the end of its 6th day, total collection of Dhruva is recorded as 29.25 crores* on AP/T box office. It seem to collect approximately 31 crores till this week. Not only from India but in USA too, it received quite good response and did the business of 6.68 crores from there till Monday. The movie has already grossed more than 50 crores on worldwide box office.

It is an official remake of the Tamil film Thani Oruvan (2015). Navdeep is apparently cast as the one of Charan’s cop friends which is an important role in the story. Ram Charan have reportedly got training himself under Sultan and Dangal[disambiguation needed] fame bodybuilder Rakesh Udiyar. Rakul Preet Singh was selected to pair with Ram Charan for the second time after Shruti Haasan turned down the offer due to schedule conflict
