19 Days Total Collection of Baahubali 2
Indian Cinema’s biggest blockbuster Baahubali 2 is hailing on worldwide box office, it has grossed the amount of around 1472 crores in total that includes 900+ crores from India and rest from overseas screens. In India the movie is heading towards to become the highest grosser movie of all time by breaking the record of Aamir Khan’s Dangal. Baahubali 2 has already registered its name as highest grosser South Indian movie & highest grosser Hindi dubbed movie of all time, and now it eyeing on the title of highest grosser movie of all time in India.
Fans of South Indian Cinema, are still having good excitement for the movie and creating huge buzz on social media about it. Currently only one movie are ruling on box office, i.e Baahubali 2. The arrival of new films [Sarkar 3, Meri Pyaari Bindu] made no difference to the film’s run during the weekend either and now with weekdays kick-starting, the competition has practically diluted. Reports are in that audiences aren’t feeling shy of giving Baahubali 2 [Hindi] a dekko for the second (and even third) time at theaters, and that pretty much demonstrates the repeatability factor that it is enjoying now.
In the opening week, S.S. Rajamouli’s this recent presentation had recorded tremendous response and registered the impressive business of 534 crores from Indian screens, with 247 crores of Hindi and 287 crores of Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam versions. Then In the second week too, Baahubali 2 remained excellent and registered the business of 266 crores including 143.25 crores of Hindi and 122.75 crores of other three versions.
On the 3rd Friday, it faced only 17% of drop than previous day and managed the amount of 18.50 crores including 10.05 crores of Hindi and 8.45 crores of TTM. Then on Saturday, it witnessed superb growth and added the amount of 27 crores including 14.75 crores of Hindi and 12.25 crores of TTM. On the last day of weekend i.e. Sunday, the movie reported more growth and minted the amount of 32.50 crores including 17.75 crores of Hindi and 14.75 crores of TTM.
Now once again, sequel to 2015’s Baahubali is in weekdays and witnessed lesser footfalls than before, but still holds very good. On Monday with 21% of drop than last Friday, it did the business of 14.50 crores (Hindi ₹7.95cr | TTM ₹6.55cr).
On Tuesday, Baahubali 2 reported little more drop and collected 13 crores (Hindi ₹6.95cr | TTM ₹6.05cr), to make it’s 19 days total collection as 905.50 crores nett (Hindi ₹447.70cr | TTM ₹457.80cr) at Indian box office
