Sri Green Productions acquired the entire Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the movie for an undisclosed price and sold the distribution rights to multiple parties.
Bairavaa should gross over Rs 60 crore to be declared a profitable venture for them in the state. Bairavaa has got a decent opening in Kerala and Karnataka. Among the overseas centres, the movie is releasing big in Malaysia. The film has seen the light of the day in over 50 countries. On its second day due to mixed reactions of audience and critics as well, Bairavaa has witnessed considerable drop in its occupancy and raked the business of around 7 cr*. Word of mouth of the movie is not much strong, so there is no expectations of growth on Saturday and Sunday.
