14 Days Collection of Badrinath Ki Dulhania
Shashank Khaitan’s recent venture ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ has completed its 2 weeks at box office. In its first week, it showed commendable performance but from the second week its pace was slowed down by low rate. Movie received mixed reviews from critics after release but its strong story and support of audience made it to earn good at box office. It got overwhelmed response worldwide but the positive environment created by fans of Varun in first week, was also worked in second week.
Everyone found Badrinath Ki Dulhania very entertaining and showed thumbs up to it. As a result it gained good word of mouth and remained steady throughout it’s journey so far at domestic as well as overseas box office. Also it has surpassed the lifetime total of the previous installment Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania (76.81 crores).
In the first week, Badrinath Ki Dulhania was done the business of total 73.66 crores and registered the Fourth highest opening week collection of year 2017 so far. It has also become the best performer movie of Varun’s career till yet. The first week earning of BKD included 43.05 crores of weekend and 30.61 crores of weekdays.
From the second week, it was started facing low drop in its business and collected 17.56 crores as its second weekend total that included 4.21 crore of Friday, 5.90 crores of Saturday and 7.45 crores of Sunday. In weekdays it faced more drop and minted around 2.72 crore as its 11th day collection. On Tuesday it collected 2.45 crore as its 12th day collection with slight drop than previous day.
On Wednesday, it recorded less occupancy and minted near about 2.15 crore as its 13th day collection. On the last of its second week, it done the business of approx. 2.05 crore and made its 2 weeks total of around 100.74 crores at Indian box office.
