Baahubali 2 2nd Day Collection, Prabhas starrer takes Box Office by Storm


Baahubali 2 minted ₹ 121 cr nett on Day 1

Baahubali 2 has started in the same as all were expecting, on its first day it has done the total business of Rs 121 crores in India that includes Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam & Hindi versions. The movie has registered a record of Highest Opener ever on its first day and now heading towards creating more records. Baahubali 2 has made 41 crores with only its Hindi screens, which is the highest business done by any Hindi dubbed movie. Baahubali 2 is the highest opener of the year so far by dominating SRK’s Raees (20.42 crores).


Audience has liked the movie very much, across the world movie is getting overwhelmed response. No doubt Baahubali 2 is a pride of Indian Cinema and for making this masterpiece, director S.S. Rajamouli is receiving huge appreciation from audience as well as critics. Everyone praising the work of Prabhas Raju & Rana Daggubati in the movie, they both are looking very promising to their characters.

On Friday, the overall occupancy of Baahubali 2 was recorded as 85-90% in India and it has started with the same on its second day. The performance of the movie in south Indian regions is almost same as Friday but in north, the movie has showed good growth in its business.

On the second day i.e. Saturday too, it remained phenomenal and garnered the business of around 90.50 crores domestically including 40.50 crores of Hindi version and 50 crores of Telugu, Tamil & Malayalam versions. With this, it’s 2 days domestic total has become 216 crores nett. Baahubali 2 is all set to cross 300 crores nett total by this weekend across India.

In overseas market to, Baahubali 2 has recorded phenomenal business and heading to become the highest grossing Indian movie of all time at worldwide box office.  This is the third record, Baahubali 2 has created at box office. Now tomorrow is Sunday, the main day of weekend and the movie is expected to rake highest income of its weekend and also to achieve the title of Highest Opening Weekend Grosser ever in Indian Cinema.
