Baaghi Ninth 9th Day Collection: 2nd Saturday Business Report

Tiger & Sharddha starrer ‘Baaghi’ Day 2 Collection

Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor‘s Baaghi continues to perform well at the domestic box office during the second week as it added another Rs 2.31 crore on the second Friday to take its total tally to Rs 62.03 crore in 8 days! The film has already crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in the worldwide gross collections. And now it is nearing the Rs 100 crore mark in the domestic box office too. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh revealed the figures for the second Friday in his tweet, “#Baaghi [Week 2] Fri 2.31 cr. Total: ₹ 62.03 cr. India biz. VERY STEADY!”

Directed by Sabbir Khan, Baaghi is also the third highest first week grosser for 2016 so far. As Taran Adarsh mentioned about this feat yesterday, “#Baaghi closes Week 1 on a GLORIOUS note… Was EXCELLENT in mass circuits… Emerges 3RD HIGHEST *Week 1* of 2016 *so far*… Hindi films. WEEK 1 biz – 2016: #Airlift Rs 83.50 cr, #Fan Rs 71.50 cr, #Baaghi Rs 59.72 cr, #KapoorAndSons Rs 46.93 cr, #KiAndKa Rs 37.57 cr, #Neerja Rs 35.32 cr Hindi films.” Though the film has seen a minor dip on the second Friday, we expect the film to do well on the second weekend also.

With this week’s film (except Captain America: Civil War) not performing well and Shah Rukh Khan‘s Fan fading away at the domestic box office, we feel that Baaghi will have a good run in the second week. Its only the second weekend collections which will help us understand if the film will cross the Rs 100 crore mark this week or not. Moreover, moving on to the domestic business of the movie, its collection are around 64.46 Crores including the 9th day earning of 2.43 Crores.

Well, as moving towards Worldwide Box Office Collection of Baaghi then total collection of the film is around 80+ Crores (approx.). Movie has still got many days to come and tomorrow is also going to be much profitable for it as it is Sunday i.e. holiday resulting in higher collections. It would be interesting to know how much Baaghi earn in coming days on Box Office.
