Airlift Advance Booking Collection & Occupancy Report
Airlift is a Bollywood film starring Akshay Kumar & Nimrat Kaur in the lead. The ensemble cast also includes talented actors like Feryna Wazheir, Inaamulhaq, Lena, Purab Kohli, Kudzu Mishra & Prakash Belawadi to name a few. Directed by Raja Krishna Menon, the film is based on world’s biggest civil evacuation- evacuation of Indians based in Kuwait during the Iraq-Kuwait war. So get ready to watch Airlift on 22nd January 2016. Coming to the advance bookings of Airlift, then though advance booking is yet to begin in many circuits, the early trends are very positive from the partial advance booking. It looks like we are in for some earth shattering numbers.
Advance booking shave started in most of the main cities especially the metropolitan cities and it is going on very outstandingly. It has started partially in fewer parts of the country starting from major cities like Mumbai & Pune where the booking initialized much before. Single screens in Mumbai started advance booking from Sunday. However, advance booking is yet to start in Mumbai multiplexes. Speaking of Pune, the advance booking is really strong in multiplexes. Saturday and Sunday shows are being sold really fast in the city. Delhi – NCR circuit has also shown nice advance bookings for the popular multiplexes. Early trends of advance bookings are quite high in Bangalore where the procedure started two days back.
Yet the advance booking are to be started in many main cities Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Noida and Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata etc where the bookings have just started. Advance booking collection can’t be judged yet and there are few more days for the film to book its advance tickets. The expectations are riding very high on the movie and all major cinema halls are showing 75% plus occupancy for Airlift. Even before 3 day of the actual release, the cinema halls are totally booked for first day shows in most of the cities. Airlift is releasing approx 2500 screens worldwide.
In regions of Mumbai, the booking status was 55% and this is advance booking status for Airlift and 20 is in the regions of North India including cinemas located in NCR, New Delhi region. States like West Bengal and Karnataka are showing around 82% occupancy status before the release. Seeing the advance booking status and occupancy report of Airlift all over India then it is sure that undoubtedly there will be a house full banner before the day of release. The film has already collected so much from advance booking and true figures will be updated very soon before one day of release as the film is right now still on the advance booking phase.
