Which means the film’s total third Monday collection is Rs 99.70 crore nett. With collections to the tune of 2.35 crore on Tuesday, it stands with the total of 102.05 crore.
Considering the pace at which the film is faring at the box office, it’s but obvious that ADHM has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark. This Diwali on October 28, along with ADHM, released Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay. There was much hype around the release of both the films but going by the current numbers, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has emerged as a clear winner at the box office. Among the two films, ADHM, despite of getting mixed reviews, has minted more money so far. Although the plot of the film isn’t all that great, the songs of ADHM are worth listening to on repeat.
Also, Aishwarya and Ranbir’s super hot chemistry has become one of the main reasons why people are opting to watch the film. The film had embroiled itself into a huge controversy before it released because of which Fawad Khan’s role from the film has been chopped. He barely has any dialogues in the movie and plays Anushka Sharma’s love in the film. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has performed exceptionally well at the worldwide box office too. It has raked in Rs 206.85 crore gross worldwide and with the film continuing its fantastic run at both the overseas and domestic market. It won’t be surprising to see the film touch the Rs 250 crore mark at the worldwide box office soon.
