Last Friday released much awaited Telugu action movie ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ has received massive response from audience. It has been released with huge excitement of fans and as earlier expected, it has taken a terrific start on box office. All the critics have reviewed it with positive words, which resulted out in an impressive boost for the movie. Superstar Pawan Kalyan’s this latest offering has emerged as second highest opener of all time in Telugu cinema so far after the biggest blockbuster Baahubali.

Sardaar Gabbar Singh has released on 2600 screens worldwide, that includes 1800 screens for Telugu and 800 screens for Hindi versions. On its opening day, it reported almost 100% occupancy across the Telugu states and raked the business of 20.50 cr. Next day, being Saturday the movie was expected to perform with maintained pace but it faced heavy drop and added 5.50 cr to its account. The figure was quite low as compare to the first day but still the movie stands strong.

On Sunday, being holiday Sardaar Gabbar Singh received little higher response than Saturday and raked the business of 6 cr* as its third day collection on Andhra Pradesh / Telangana box office. After the weekend, total collection of the movie is recorded as 32 cr* from its dominated regions. It is expected to perform decently and steadily in weekdays.

Meanwhile, Weekend time has gone and the film nowadays is ready suffer from the usual trauma of weekdays i.e. lesser business. It is the first Monday for the film and total income is quite good in spite of busy day of viewers. Sixth day income of Sardaar Gabbar Singh is around 3.25 Crores* in India. Film has many positive points in its favor like for the instance; the star cast of the film is audience one of the favorite, story is suitable to all age audience and finally it is a well budgeted and presented film.
