Welcome Back 9th Day Box Office Collection
The worldwide collection of “Welcome Back” has already crossed Rs 100 crore, according to latest reports. The second week collection of the movie has started on a good note as the John starrer has earned Rs 4.75 crore* on the second Friday, making the total collection of the movie in India reach Rs 78.77 crore*. Meanwhile, this year it was a slow start for the Production Company called Eros as they faced jitters with films like Shamitabh and Tevar, however, they are back with the sequel of Welcome with a decent business. The film managed to earn 52 crores at the end of the first weekend, which somewhere competed with films like Tanu Weds Manu Returns and Badlpaur with similar sort of figures over the box office. With a decent collection at the end of the first week, the film is eyeing to enter into the 100 crore club. Though with films like Bajrangi Bhaijaan, all the records seems to have broken, yet there movies, which can get back with a decent collection and Welcome Back is one of these. With a decent opening, the film continued to do better over the box office.
Welcome Back 2nd Saturday Business Report
As per reports, the first week box office collection tolled to around 74 crores, which is actually a decent report. Even the changes with the actors like Johbn Abraham and Shruti Hasaan replacing Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif, the film managed to do a decent business at the box office. Even with the release of Hero, the film is likely to get hampered, thanks to the humour and high star value of the film, which will keep on managing a decent collection at the end of the week. Anyhow, the movie, as per early estimates, has managed rake in almost 4.75 crores on its 2nd Friday and 2nd Saturday collection was Rs 5 Crore* at the Domestic Box Office. Welcome Back now stands at a nett India total of 83+ crores* at the Box Office. With the end of its 9th working day, Welcome Back registered decent increase in occupancy and overall income from not only domestic country but overseas screens also contributed nice part of the figures.
