SS Rajamouli’s “Baahubali – the Beginning” (Bahuabli), has done superb business at the India box office in its third week, taking its 22-day collection to Rs 470 crore nett. Undeterred by Salman Khan’s biggest money spinner, “Bajrangi Bhaijaan”, “Baahubali – the Beginning” continued to keep the cash registers ringing at the ticket counters on its third Saturday. “Baahubali – the Beginning”, which had raked in Rs 5.69 crore* on its second Saturday, witnessed less than 4% drop in its business and collected Rs 6.10 crore nett at the Indian box office on its third Friday. The movie witnessed big growth on Saturday and Sunday, collecting Rs 12.79 crore* in its third weekend. The business of Prabhas-Rana Daggubati starrer dropped 1.55%, when compared to its third Saturday and its collection continued to drop in the following weekdays. The movie raked in Rs 10.05 crore nett at the India box office during weekdays. “Baahubali – the Beginning” completed its third week at Box Office.

Baahubali 4th Saturday Box Office Business

The worldwide share of the film was 254 crores and it collected nearly 98 crs share only from telugu states in three weeks. Its 23-day total gross global collection stands at Rs 475+ crore*. The film has grossed Rs 255 crore in the first week, Rs 130 crore in the second week and Rs 77 crore in its third week. The business of “Baahubali – the Beginning” wasn’t affected much by newly released movies. The film remained rock-steady registering decent amount of occupancy in the existing number of cinema halls. In its fourth week, the movie will clash with Ajay Devgn’s “Drishyam”. Anyhow, the Hindi version of “Baahubali – the Beginning” has already become the fourth-highest grosser of 2015, leaving behind big money spinners of the year such as “Baby”, “Gabbar Is Back”, “Piku” and “Dil Dhadakne Do”. In its fourth week, the movie will definitely beat the record of “ABCD 2” and become the third highest grosser of the year.
