Kangana Ranaut-Madhavan starrer “Tanu Weds Manu Returns” has turned out to be one of the most profitable Bollywood movies in recent times. According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the movie made Rs 2.70 crore nett collection on its third Friday in India, taking its 15-day collection to Rs 119.43 crore. This is a clear indication that the film will continue to have a good third week despite the release of Zoya Akhtar’s “Dil Dhadakne Do”. Entertainment portal Koimoi has said “Tanu Weds Manu Returns” has made a profit of 270% on the basis of its production cost. Meanwhile, Trade analysts are predicting the Kangana starrer to earn Rs125 crore by the end of its third weekend in box office. “Tanu Weds Manu Returns” has already become the highest grossing Bollywood movie of 2015 in India and has beaten movies such as “Baby’ and “Gabbar is Back”.
