Tanu Weds Manu Returns 3rd Friday Box Office Business
Tanu Weds Manu Returns added more 2.70 crores approx in its kitty on 3rd Friday. The film’s nett collection so far stands at 119.43 crores approx at the Domestic Box Office. While this has brought Kangna and Madhavan in the 100 crore club, for producers Eros too this is a big ticket outing, and that too when the production cost (including P&A) was just around 30 crore. In that aspect, Tanu Weds Manu Returns is one of the best ROI films that one has seen in last so many years. Meanwhile Welcome 2 Karachi couldn’t really find much audience for itself and a lot also has to do with the kind of competition that came from Tanu Weds Manu Returns. While it has managed a first week of 8 crore, it would have been at least double if not for competition from Tanu Weds Manu Returns.
