Maintaining its strong hold at the box office, Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor starrer “ABCD 2” (Any Body Can Dance 2) minted Rs 5.68 crore on its sixth day. With its sixth day income, “ABCD 2” has smashed the first week records of Akshay Kumar’s “Baby”. “ABCD 2” six days box office collection stands at Rs 66.85 crore, while “Baby” first week total is Rs 63.82 crore. “ABCD 2” is going strong at the domestic box office and apart from earning the highest first week income, the film is also eyeing to accumulate Rs 100 crore by second week. Since, there is no big release in the coming weeks, “ABCD 2” is expected to enjoy its theatrical run and become the highest grosser of 2015. Directed by Remo D’Souza, the dance film was released in around 2,500 screens in India. Apart from Varun and Shraddha, the film also features Prabhu Deva, Dharmesh Yelande, Lauren Gottlieb, Raghav Juyal, Tisca Chopra and Punit Pathak among others in pivotal roles. ABCD 2 has managed to mint Rs 100 crores within a week of its release.

The film starring Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor has been loved by fans so much that it has been minting money at the Indian Box Office. Director Remo D’Souza will surely be happy listening to the latest Box Office reports. People loved the film for its 3D effects and the amazing dance performances by the lead and supporting actors of the film, but director Remo disagrees, feels ABCD 2 was hit due to script and not dance. ABCD 2 maintained a steady pace at the Domestic Box Office, even in its week days. On its 1st Thursday, the film collected 4.93 crores, taking its 7 days total to 71.78 crores nett. Anyhow, ABCD 2, the sequel of 2013’s ABCD (Any Body Can Dance) is running successfully worldwide. The same happening with ABCD 2, even after not having any effective story the movie is getting advantage. Audience liked the movie and its visual effects also, the entire star cast is thankful to the audience for such lovely response.
