Tanu Weds Manu Returns 3rd Day Box Office Collection
R Madhavan-Kangana Ranaut starrer “Tanu Weds Manu Returns” has got a flying start at the box office. The film has raised hopes of becoming one of the biggest movies at the collection centres in the opening weekend. Only countable Bollywood films have done reasonable business in 2015. Notable among them are “Piku”, “Gabbar is Back” and “Baby”, which had good first weekends at the domestic box office. “Tanu Weds Manu” has already beaten the first-day record of “Piku”, which had collected Rs 5.32 crore. But the Deepika Padukone starrer made stupendous business on Saturday and Sunday to end up earning Rs 25.22 crore in the first weekend. As per early estimates, the film has raked in around 16.10 crores on Day 3 i.e. 1st Weekend, taking its total to 38.10 crores approx at the Box Office. “Tanu Weds Manu Returns” was released in 2,200 screens in India and 340 screens overseas. With the kind of critical acclaim and positive responses the movie has garnered, the trade analysts expect the film to be one of the biggest box office successes of 2015. Third day collection are very fascinating and as was the occupancy of the movie today. People went in rush for it shows and great rush was seen in ticket counters too.
