Bombay Velvet Sunday Box Office Collection
The box office collection of Ranbir Kapoor-Anushka Sharma starrer “Bombay Velvet” has dropped on the second day. Anurag Kashyap’s directorial film was expected to do well at the box office, but unfortunately the collection has been disappointing since the start. The two days box-office collection of Ranbir-Anushka starrer is just Rs 10.30 crore. The film had a disastrous start at the box office on first Friday with just Rs 5.25 crore income and on the second day, ie on Saturday, the collection declined slightly. The reviews are mostly negative and the word-of-mouth is also not in the favour of the film, which has affected the box office performance of “Bombay Velvet”. “Bombay Velvet” box office income is lower than Ranbir’s last film, “Roy”, which also opened to negative response in India. The film might be Anurag’s biggest opener ever, but it is Ranbir’s lowest opening at the box office.
Bombay Velvet 3rd Day Box Office Business
Today it was third day of the crime drama film Bombay Velvet and Sunday being a main weekend day; it has come with highest but still only decent income than past few days. Film is getting positive public response and throughout the weekend it collected 10.30 crores with Sunday income of Rs 5.80 crores nett. Total Sunday collection and occupancy was reported to be more than first 2 days due to more audience response. Film has started off well and is expected to continue its pace over the screens at least up to next week till new films gets released. How so ever the last week release Gabbar Is Back and Piku is also giving it good strike.
