Dharam Sankat Mein DSM 1st First Day Collection – Box Office Report

Dharam Sankat Mein Expected First Day Collection

dharam-sankat-mein-movie-incomeDharam Sankat Mein is set to boast of some good performances, considering Paresh Rawal, Naseeruddin Shah and Annu Kapoor are leading the show. Its promo is interesting too but surprisingly the buzz hasn’t really reached to an optimal level. Unlike an OMG! Oh My God, the film doesn’t have the star power of Akshay Kumar either to push it through. Hence, from the opening standpoint, there isn’t much in the offering. It would have to rely very heavily on word of mouth to leave a mark. The film seems to be a brilliant satire on religion and the three stellar actors make the plot even more comical and funny. Paresh Rawal portrays the confused hapless chap with extreme brilliance.

Naseeruddin Shah‘s look as the religious guru is quirky. With that white hair and all those ear hair popping out, he has made the premise of the film super funny. Annu Kapoor might not be present for long in the film, but his sheer excellence in acting is evident even in that. The story plot looks interesting, where a Hindu suddenly gets to know from his mom’s will that he was adopted from a Muslim family. Now which religion should he follow. The funny plot makes the satire even more humorous. The background score of the film is quirky and dance-worthy.

Dharam Sankat Mein Expected Opening Day Business

Friday is a working day the movie might get low response and there is a tough competition with most awaited movie “Ek Paheli Leela” whose hot promos and trailer will attract the audience and there will be a Sankat with the movie Dharam Sankat Mein. Keeping all the factors in mind, the opening day collection is expected to be low and it can collect around Rs.2 – 3 crore on its first day. But the box office collection is expected to increase over the weekend based on reviews from critics and celebrities. The advance booking status at several online ticket booking portal shows good occupancy of the movie for the movie.
