Detective Byomkesh Bakshy Monday Box Office Business

“Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!” opened to rave reviews, but clashed with Hollywood movie “Furious 7” at the domestic box office. Since the release, “Furious 7” had taken the lead at ticket window affecting the collections of Sushant starrer. Good and successful named associated with the film & in the lead role has put this film in safe hands. In its first four days the film has gained good name and fame on box office with Monday income of Rs 1.68crores. Though Detective Byomkesh Bakshy is not a high budget movie neither it has been released on too high number of screens like those of Baby or Badlapur etc nor it have any masala element in it like them but these films cannot be compared as Detective Byomkesh Bakshy is way different in genre and being a non commercial with respect to other two films. Nevertheless, the collection is decent keeping in mind the screen count.
