It’s always an eye-feast to see megastar Chiranjeevi in his vintage stylish mass avatar. Director Meher Ramesh is presenting Chiranjeevi in a power-packed role in Bholaa Shankar which marks his maiden movie with the megastar. The film’s mass-appealing teaser has been launched today.
The teaser begins with a voiceover that says 33 people are killed brutally by one person and the Kolkata police are in search of the murderer. The teaser further proceeds to showcase the action packed avatar of Chiranjeevi as he showcases his swag while he gets ready to bash goons in their den. The teaser also introduces other characters essayed by actors like Keerthy Suresh, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Sushanth.
A source close to the film opened up about the teaser saying, “Meher Ramesh wanted to fully utilize the opportunity and show Chiranjeevi in a vintage mass avatar. He wanted to give Chiranjeevi a strong screen presence with adding impactful dialogues, and powerful action sequences in the film. The theme song was added to give perfect elevation to Chiranjeevi’s character. Overall, he was keen on creating a teaser that ignites the excitement.”
Talking about the rest of the cast, the film also stars Raghu Babu, Murali Sharma, Ravi Shankar, Vennela Kishore, Tulasi, Sureka Vani, Sri Mukhi, Hyper Adhi, Viva Harsha, Pradeep, Anee, Bithiri Sathi, Satya, Getup Srinu, Venu Tillu, Thagubotu Ramesh, Rashmi Gautam, Uttej, Veer, Shahwar Ali & Tarun Arora.
Talking about the technical crew, Dudley has done the cinematography whereas Mahati Swara Sagar has composed the background score. Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor, while AS Prakash is the production designer. With story supervision by Satyanand and dialogues by Thirupathi Mamidala, the film has Kishore Garikipati as the executive producer.
Produced Ramabrahmam Sunkara and Anil Sunkara’s AK Entertainments, Bholaa Shankar is nearing completion. The film is slated for release worldwide on August 11, ahead of Independence Day.
